Our Big Rotor brake systems relocate the factory caliper via patented caliper relocation brackets that change the moment arm for increased brake torque, which helps reduce stopping distances by an average of 33 percent.Our oversized rotors are approximately 20 percent larger than O.E. rotors and have an extended thermal capacity that resists fade. AEM will have two rotor designs for 2003:its original two-piece design with billet-aluminum hats, and a one-piece design in limited quantaties that is available slotted and in Carbon Black (BL) only.
